Professor Mike Awarded Sokeship

On January 10th of 2021,I was promoted in rank to Shichidan 7th Degree Black belt by Professor Angelo Albergo CoFounder of the Kyudan Jiu JItsu Federation.At this time Professor Albergo further honored me,by naming me Soke of my own system Ki Do Jiu Jitsu Ryu. A truly unexpected surprise ! Now here we are a year later and I am proud and honored to say that I have been Inducted into the AL-GO Soke Association of the United States of America.The Advisory board includes not only Professor Albergo but,my Jiu Jitsu Sensei GM Robert Carney, and SGM Lou Ferrer founder of the US Kodokan Federation as well. This is truly a high point in my 41+ years of Martial Arts training ! Thank You Professor,Grand Masters,Sensei,and everyone else that are helping me along this incredible journey ! I look forward to continuing to learn,and share my knowledge with others.Always a student !
